New Event and Parade Permit Form

The City Council updated York's special event and parade policies at the August 7, 2025 meeting. A single new Special Events and Parade Permit form is available for applying for a permit for a special event or a parade. This form should be used if you are planning an event that is open to the public on public property or an event that includes a parade. The form helps ensure that public events have sufficient planning and support to be safe for all in the community. The form is available at the link above and in the Forms section on the city website.
