The York Ballpark Complex offers multiple sponsorship packages. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor please complete the sponsorship form and return to cfolts@cityofyork.net.
GRAND SLAM
- Championship Field Naming Rights – 1 available: Field: Yellow East
- 5-year commitment of an annual payment of $4,000 for a 5-year total of $20,000
- Includes: Name placed under the championship field scoreboard in a 3’x 6’ metal sign
- All complex marketing to include name of field
- Advertisements on the concession stand TVs
- Game and tournament announcements
- Opportunities to distribute promotional items during games and tournaments
- Promotional inserts will be included in coaches and players packets
- 10 season employee admission to York High School softball and York College softball games
- Logo will be included on York Parks and Recreation’s website and social media platforms
- Logo will be included on York Parks and Recreation monthly newsletter
- Logo on York High School & York College softball programs
- 10 annual joint family memberships (Center & FAC) for all 5 years
HOMERUN

- 5-year commitment of an annual payment of $2,500 for a 5-year total of $12,500
- Includes: Name placed under 1 of the 6 standard field scoreboards in a 2’x4’ metal sign
- All complex marketing to include name of field
- Advertisements on the concession stand TVs
- Game and tournament announcements
- Opportunities to distribute promotional items during games and tournaments
- 5 season employee admission to York High School softball and York College softball games
- Logo will be included on York Parks and Recreation’s website and social media platforms

- Batting Cage Naming Rights: SOLD OUT
- 5-year commitment of an annual payment of $2,000 for a 5-year total of $10,000
- Includes: Name placed on the batting cage building in a 2x4 metal sign

- Opportunities to distribute promotional items during games and tournaments

DOUBLE
- Complex Light Pole Banners, $250
- Includes: Banner placed inside facility along the walkway flag poles
SINGLE
- Parking Lot Light Pole Banners, $200
- Includes: Banner placed on the flag poles in the parking lot.
All sponsorship amounts are payable in an annual lump sum or in full. Sponsorship deadline is February 28, 2022. Sponsorships will fill on a first-come, first served basis: sponsorships that are inappropriate for youth will not be accepted.
