Construction Crews will be working on Lincoln Avenue; Grant Avenue & 14th Street for three days, patching done in these areas are part of the Street Bond Project. Partial Lane closures will occur during this time frame. Partial lane closures could occur between 1-3 hours in some areas. Construction Barricades and a digital flashing arrow will be utilized for traffic control in these areas
